Here’s Lookin’ at You, Kid!

This adult Burrowing Owl did not seem nervous at all as we leaned out of the car window to to photograph him in the field where he lived with the prairie dogs. Maybe he was used to the paparazzi taking his picture. I love to watch the antics of burrowing owls because they’re so animated!
